During all training and meetings, participants are learning new forms of warm-up in table tennis from physiotherapists. Stretching is always performed at the end of the class. During table tennis trainings, the players improved specific technical elements: mainly regularity – service and topspin. Together they analyzed individual tactical elements for various playing styles. The coaches always met after training to establish common concepts for the next training days.
In addition to table tennis trainings, the participants of the Project meeting also took part in general development activities, such as games and strength exercises. They also enjoyed activities at the outdoor swimming pool. They also had the opportunity to observe horse riding training. As part of the cultural program, they visited the city of Zielona Góra.
