The second meeting of the participants of the Erasmus+ Sport Project

Table tennis players from Serbia and Poland met in Władysławowo for the second meeting as part of the project “Para-table tennis as a tool for social integration of people with disabilities”, financed by the European Union from the Erasmus+ Sport program, aimed at social integration and activation of athletes with disabilities through tennis table.

Agenda:

20.05.2023 – Arrival at the Olympic Preparation Center in Władysławowo.

21.05.2023 – Two table tennis trainings. Joint analysis of games from international competitions.

22.05.2023 – Two table tennis trainings.

23.05.2023 – One table tennis training. General development exercises and games and activities.

24.05.2023 – International match in Para table tennis Serbia-Poland.

25.05.2023 – End of the common training and meeting.

Summary of the meeting:

The second common meeting and training of the participants of the Project from Poland and Serbia took part in 20-25.05.2023 in Władysławowo, Poland. Together with Serbian coaches, Polish trainers have conducted important, para-table tennis trainings. At the end, they have also played an international match between Serbia and Poland.

During common trainings, they have learned a lot from each other. They have also exchanged experiences from conducting specialized and general development, para-table tennis trainings. They have made a common analysis of the players’ games at international competitions.

In addition, the organisers of the meeting have offered to their Partners from Serbia a cultural programme, during which and they were visiting Władysławowo and had the opportunity to visit together the Avenue of Sports Stars. Partners from Serbia were also trying regional Polish cuisine.

All common training and meeting’s goals have been achieved.
